Job description

Set a new pulse for healthcare!   We are looking for a Lead Product Manager to join the Patient Profile team in the Patient domain. Your mission will be to make the patient health record complete, accurate and current enough that everything else we build can act on it, the health recommendations, care plans and assistant experiences that help people take their health into their own hands. You will work in a feature team developing the Patient Health Record, health trackers, patient account and online identity, contributing directly to the quality of the medical support we provide to both patients and practitioners.  A patient record is built from four channels: what patients enter themselves, what they share when preparing a consultation, what we retrieve from health professionals' systems, and what they connect from third-party sources such as Apple Health, Google Health Connect and national health record services. Three of those channels belong to teams you will not manage. You will own the outcome across all four, the most leveraged place to sit in a health platform, and only reachable through other people. You will also work inside a hard regulatory perimeter: health data, GDPR, consent by design.    What you'll do Your responsibilities include but are not limited to: Own the end-to-end patient data collection programme across every channel a patient record is built from, and be accountable for the result across all four Define what a useful record actually means for the teams that depend on it, make that definition measurable, and instrument it rather than inheriting a dashboard Partner with the channel-owning teams inside and outside the group: set the inter-team contracts, agree how each channel contributes, and arbitrate collection priorities Own record quality and freshness rather than volume, alongside health data storage consent, patient account and online identity Ship the layers that serve this data to the rest of the product: the patient feature store, the patient context service and the Patient Health Record feature Lead the Patient Profile team's roadmap and delivery, from PHR (patient health record) and trackers through to the feature store and context service   Who you are Before you read on: if you don't have the exact profile described below, but you feel this job description matches your skill set, we still encourage you to apply. You'll be a great fit if you: You have owned a coverage, completeness or data quality metric as your primary objective, and can say what it went from, to what, and over how long You have worked at millions-of-records scale You have moved that metric through teams that did not report to you, setting interfaces, contracts and SLAs with partner teams You have shipped under a hard regulatory or consent constraint, in health, finance or identity, with privacy and consent by design You have real technical depth: you have owned a data platform component as a product, a feature store, a context or profile service, or an identity layer.  You are fluent in English It would be fantastic if you: You have had a data quality problem surface only once it reached a downstream consumer, and you changed how you worked because of it You have built a completeness or quality definition and made an organisation adopt it You have worked on interoperability, health data standards, or identity and account models What we offer Free comprehensive health insurance (basic package) for you and your children 25 days of paid vacation per year, plus up to 14 days of RTT Free mental health and coaching services through our partner Moka.care Work from abroad for up to 10 days per year thanks to our flexibility days policy Lunch vouchers (Swile card) worth €8.50 per working day, with €4.50 covered by Doctolib A subsidy from the work council to refund part of the membership to a sport club or a creative class 50% reimbursement of your public transport
