About the Job As a Technical Project Manager at Zone & Co., you’ll lead the successful delivery of complex, SaaS-based fintech implementations for our customers. You’ll serve as a trusted partner throughout the project lifecycle, working closely with clients, internal teams, and executive stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and to a high standard. This role is ideal for a project leader who brings strong professional services experience, understands SaaS and fintech environments, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative setting. You’ll balance strategic project leadership with hands-on execution—from gathering onboarding requirements and coordinating initial system setup to facilitating client walkthroughs, managing risks, and driving successful solution adoption. What You'll Do: Lead multiple SaaS-based fintech implementation projects from planning through successful delivery, managing scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and customer satisfaction. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and maintaining proactive communication throughout the project lifecycle. Define project objectives, requirements, milestones, and deliverables in partnership with clients and internal teams. Develop and maintain detailed project and implementation plans, including resource allocation, timelines, dependencies, and risk mitigation strategies. Gather client onboarding requirements and coordinate initial system setup and implementation activities. Coordinate cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment, accountability, and smooth project execution. Lead project meetings and provide clear, consistent status updates to clients, project teams, and executive stakeholders. Conduct client demos, walkthroughs, overview training, and ongoing support to facilitate successful solution adoption. Monitor project budgets and resources, proactively addressing risks, issues, scope changes, and competing priorities. Identify and resolve project issues, escalating when appropriate and keeping stakeholders informed of impacts and recommended actions. Ensure deliverables meet quality standards through ongoing project assessments and quality assurance checks. Prepare high-quality project documentation, status reports, issue analyses, proposals, presentations, and other project communications. Interpret Statements of Work (SOWs), project blueprints, and implementation requirements to ensure alignment throughout delivery. Facilitate effective collaboration across teams, resolve conflicts, and keep projects moving toward critical milestones and deadlines. Apply Waterfall and Agile project management principles as appropriate to the project and customer environment. Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to strengthen implementation processes, customer experiences, and internal practices.
