Director, Pharmacy Automation

As the Director of Automation, you will lead the strategy, design, and implementation of automation solutions across Ro's pharmacy fulfillment, compounding, warehouse, and distribution operations. Reporting to the Vice President of Pharmacy Operations, you will partner closely with Operations, Pharmacy, Supply Chain, Technology, Facilities, Finance, Quality, and external equipment manufacturers to build scalable, efficient, and compliant pharmacy operations. This role is ideal for a strategic leader who thrives on solving complex operational challenges, driving continuous improvement, and delivering innovative automation solutions that support Ro's continued growth.   This position is based in Romeoville, IL and requires approximately 10–15% travel to support other pharmacy locations.
