In the role of Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a pivotal part in achieving the team's primary goal: attracting and hiring the right talent for Vinted while ensuring an outstanding candidate experience. Leveraging your expertise in recruitment, you will implement best hiring practices and collaborate with other team members on various projects. You’ll support either our Group & Marketplace business units, covering Community Support, Marketing, Finance, Legal and People, or our Vinted Pay & VintedGo business units, covering AML/Compliance, Business & Commercial and Logistics, with your focus shifting based on business needs. There may be an opportunity for the position to be made permanent in the future, depending on business needs.  In this position, you’ll  Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and ensure a seamless interview process to attract the right talent Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, proactive candidate sourcing, conducting interviews, and extending offers Build effective candidate talent pools through proactive sourcing, job boards, employee referrals, social media & employer branding campaigns etc Guide hiring managers and interviewers on effective interview techniques and candidate evaluation methods Track and report on key hiring metrics to ensure efficient recruitment processes, while providing a positive candidate and hiring manager experience Gain exposure to talent acquisition initiatives by contributing to process improvement projects  Stay informed about recruitment best practices and tools to continually improve the candidate experience About you  Previous experience as a Sourcer, Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist specifically  Proficiency in sourcing candidates using LinkedIn and other recruitment tools Strong skills in candidate engagement and relationship building Good understanding of as
